Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These terms set out the basis on which Purablu LTD sells to you through purablu.com. Placing an order means you accept them, so it's worth reading first.

They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which together form the whole agreement between us.

2. Who we sell to

You need to be 18 or over to order, or to have a parent or guardian's permission.

No account is needed. Guest checkout works perfectly well. If you do set one up, keeping the password safe is your responsibility, as is anything done through it.

The details you give us — billing, delivery, contact — need to be accurate, or we can't complete the order or reach you if something needs sorting.

Before you order

3. What we sell, and how it's described

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we're able. Some variation is unavoidable: screens render colour differently, lighting affects photography, natural materials vary, and manufacturing carries tolerances.

Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Ranges change, and we may withdraw a product or limit how many of something one household can order.

Obvious errors in a price or description don't bind us. Where one affects your order, we'll get in touch and you can either proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery is free, and no import VAT, duties or handling charges are collected on delivery — the total at checkout is the total.

The price that governs your order is the one displayed when you place it, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Later changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.

5. Promotions and discount codes

We run sales, discount codes and seasonal offers from time to time. Individual promotions may carry their own conditions, which we'll show where they apply.

Unless we say otherwise, codes carry no cash value, must be entered at checkout, can't be applied to a completed order, and may exclude particular products.

A promotional price never affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel.

Placing and paying for an order

6. How an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer to buy from us. You'll receive an acknowledgement email confirming it's arrived.

The contract itself comes into existence when we confirm dispatch.

Before that point we may decline an order — if stock has gone, if a pricing or website error has occurred, if payment can't be authorised, if the delivery details don't work, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these terms.

Where we've taken payment and then decline, the full amount comes back to you.

No confirmation within a few hours? Check spam before contacting us.

7. Paying

Payment is taken at the point of order, using whichever method you select at checkout.

Our payment providers handle the transaction securely. We don't store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you're confirming you're entitled to use that method.

Orders may go through reasonable verification and fraud checks. A declined or reversed payment may result in cancellation.

Full detail is on our Payment Methods page.

Getting it to you

8. Delivery

Processing and delivery windows are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

The goods are our responsibility until they reach you — risk passes on delivery, not when we hand the parcel to a carrier. Anything damaged in transit or lost along the way is ours to resolve.

Delivery estimates are exactly that. Carriers, customs, weather and other things beyond our control can push dates out, and we're not liable for those, though we'll chase a stalled parcel on your behalf.

If we can't dispatch within 30 days of your order, we'll contact you, and the choice is yours — wait for a new date or cancel for a full refund.

9. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We can amend it up until the parcel ships; after that, redirection isn't possible.

If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it or refund you in full — your choice, at no cost to you.

If something isn't right

10. Changing your mind

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, running from the day after the goods arrive.

We extend that to 30 days as a matter of policy. No reason required.

The right applies after dispatch, and applies to sale items exactly as it does to full-price ones.

To cancel: email support@purablu.com with your order number, or use the form in section 12. We'll reply within one working day with the return address. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Your refund — the full amount including standard delivery — follows within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or of you showing they were sent.

Return postage falls to you where you've simply changed your mind, and to us where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.

Our Returns Policy has the detail.

11. Faulty or misdescribed goods

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Where they fall short, you have a 30-day right to reject and receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days you can ask for repair or replacement; if that route fails or isn't practical, a price reduction or final rejection follows.

These rights run for up to six years from purchase. Any manufacturer's guarantee sits on top of them rather than in place of them.

Email support@purablu.com with your order number and photographs where you can. Where a claim is upheld, we cover the postage.

12. Model cancellation form

Use this only if you're exercising your statutory right to cancel. An email does the same job.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us at support@purablu.com. We respond within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

Where we can't resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme. That doesn't affect your right to bring a claim through the courts, or to seek free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133).

Using the website

14. Acceptable use

You must not use our site unlawfully or fraudulently, submit false information, impersonate anyone, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or normal operation, send spam, misuse another person's personal data, or scrape content in ways that infringe our rights.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been seriously breached, we may restrict or withdraw access. Orders already accepted will still be fulfilled.

15. What belongs to us

The Purablu name, branding, logos, site design, photography, graphics, product descriptions and written content are ours or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Personal, non-commercial use of the site is fine. Copying substantial content, republishing it, modifying it, selling it, or presenting our branding as your own is not — unless we've agreed to it in writing.

Believe something on our site infringes your copyright? Email support@purablu.com with the details.

16. Reviews and anything else you send us

What you submit stays yours. Sending us a review, photograph, suggestion or comment grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and display it for legitimate business purposes — including showing reviews and promoting our products.

What you send needs to be your own or shared with permission, honest and based on real experience, free of anything unlawful, defamatory or abusive, and free of malicious code or spam.

We may take down content that breaches these terms. We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, pay for them or reply to them.

17. Site availability and third-party links

We work to keep the site running, but can't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, security work and matters outside our control all cause occasional downtime. None of this affects an order we've already accepted.

Our site links to and uses third-party services for payments, delivery, functionality and analytics. They run independently, under their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not answerable for the content of sites we don't control.

18. Your information

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, in line with UK data protection law.

Cookies keep the site working, remember your preferences and help us understand how it's used. Non-essential cookies are set only where you've consented, and you can withdraw that at any time through our cookie controls.

The legal part

19. Where we stand on liability

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it. That covers death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

Where we fail to meet these terms, we're answerable for loss that's a foreseeable consequence of that failure, or of not using reasonable care and skill. Losses that aren't foreseeable fall outside that.

Our total liability on any order is capped at what you paid for it.

We supply for personal and domestic use. Business losses fall outside our responsibility where that exclusion is lawful.

20. Indemnity

So far as the law permits, you agree to cover Purablu LTD and its officers, staff, agents and service providers against reasonable claims and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

21. Events outside anyone's control

Severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, major technical failures, delivery network problems and government action all happen occasionally.

Where one of them materially affects an order we've accepted, we'll do what we reasonably can to limit the impact and keep you posted.

Statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

22. The usual legal points

An unenforceable provision doesn't take the rest down with it. Not enforcing something immediately doesn't waive the right to enforce it later.

We may revise these terms where there's reasonable cause. The live version sits on this page with the date above, and revisions never apply backwards to orders already accepted.

23. Governing law

These terms, and any contract formed through our site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes going before the courts of England and Wales.

Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.

Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer protection available to you under UK law.
