What we can help with

Order status Waiting on a tracking update, or the parcel hasn't moved? Send us your order number and we'll chase it. Worth knowing first: tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and international shipments often sit without updates for a few days. Neither means anything has gone wrong.

Sizing and fit This is the one worth asking about before you buy. Tell us the size you usually wear and what you're between, and we'll give you an honest answer from someone who's handled the garment.

Fabric and care Composition, weight, how it washes, whether it's opaque in daylight. Ask before you order rather than after.

Returns and refunds Get in touch before sending anything back and we'll walk you through it. You have 30 days from delivery and no reason is needed. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

Damaged or wrong item Send a photo along with your order number and we'll sort it straight away. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage either way.

Press and partnerships Same address, we'll pass it on.

One thing that speeds everything up

If you're writing about an existing order, put your order number in the first line. It's at the top of your confirmation email. Without it we have to search by name and email address, which usually adds a day.

Photos help too, especially for anything damaged or incorrect.
